摘    要:对香菇、木耳富硒栽培,探讨富硒栽培对香菇、木耳品质的影响。研究表明:富硒栽培,不但提高了香菇、木耳子实体中的硒含量,而且改善了它们的品质。

Abstract:By means of rich-selenium cultivating methods, the effects of rich-selenium cultivating on Lentinus edodes and Auricularia auricula qualities were studied. The results expressed that the methods mentioned above could not only increase selenium contents in Lentinus edodes and Auricularia auricula, but also improve their qualities.
