干旱和低磷胁迫对大豆叶保护酶活性的影响

摘    要:采用水培和盆栽试验法,测定不同程度干旱水平下,不同磷素营养基因型大豆叶片中MDA含量、SOD、CAT和POD活性。结果表明,干旱胁迫能显著增强MDA含量,导致细胞膜伤害加剧。SOD、POD与CAT协同作用,具有减缓MDA积累的作用。干旱胁迫下,磷素能有效地增强SOD、POD和CAT活性,减少MDA积累。

Abstract:Under different water and phosphorous conditions, the contents of MDA and activities of SOD and POD of soybean leaves were determined during two kinds of incubation. The results showed that MDA content increase and cell membranes damage of leaves. The SOD POD and CAT could decrease the MDA accumulation. Under drought stresses, phosphorous could not only keep lower MDA efficiently in soybean leaves, but also could increase the SOD POD and CAT activities.
