怀珍珠菊离体培养技术研究

对怀珍珠菊的离体培养及试管苗的快速繁殖进行了研究。结果表明:MS+6-BA2mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L芽诱导培养基、MS+KT2mg/L+NAA0.5mg/L芽增殖培养基适宜于带芽茎段通过腋生枝途径繁殖试管苗,其繁殖系数为5～10,是怀菊花优良品种快速繁殖的最佳方式;1/4MS+NAA0.1mg/L+PP3330.5mg/L有利于试管苗的生根,能使根早生快发,生根率可达93%,该方法为怀珍珠菊优良品种的试管苗工厂化生产提供了一条有效途径。

Huai-pearl Chrysanthemum Culture Technique in Vitro Study

In this paper,pregnant pearl chrysanthemum plantlets in vitro culture and rapid propagation was studied.The results showed that:MS+6-BA 2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L bud induction medium,MS+KT 2 mg/L+NAA 0.5 mg/L shoot bud proliferation medium suitable for stem segments with axillary branches through the way to breed test-tube seedlings,its propagation factor of 5~10,is pregnant with rapid propagation of chrysanthemum varieties the best way;1/4 MS+NAA 0.1 mg/L+PP3330.5 mg/L in favor of rooting plantlets,early roots can go faster,up to 93% rooting rate,the method for the pregnant pearl chrysanthemum varieties of factory production of plantlets an effective way.
