吉林白鹅肉用品系主要产肉性能的ISSR分子标记研究

摘    要:屠宰试验测得吉林白鹅肉用品系70日龄的体重为5 014.5 g,半净膛率为90.0%,全净膛率为80.2%。根据特异性条带的效应分析模型,通过计算特异性条带对性状的效应值,发现全净膛重性状的优势条带为引物AK89的A、B带,引物AK91的B、G、I带,引物AK92的A、E、H带,引物AK93的A、I带。经T检验,在3条引物中寻找到6条标记带即AK89-A、AK89-I、AK91-B、AK91-H、AK93-A、AK93-D与全净膛重性状呈现出显著相关(P<0.05)。

Abstract:By slaughter experiment,body weight of Jilin White Goose meat line at the age of 70 days was 5 014.5 g,percentage of half-eviscerated yield was 90.0%,percentage of eviscerated yield was 80.2%.We had identified A,B bands with AK89 primer,B,G,I bands with AK91 primer,A,E,H bands with AK92 primer,A,I bands with AK93 primer which could be viewed as the dominant bands to the slaughter body weight traits.It was found that A,I bands with AK89 primer,B,H bands with AK91 primer,A,D bands with AK93 primer had significant correlation with percentage of eviscerated yield trait in Jilin White Goose in three primers by T-test.
