湖南野生宽皮柑桔同工酶分析

摘    要:湖南野生宽皮柑桔的过氯化物酶同工酶、酯酶同工酶、淀粉酶同工酶的分析结果表明:道县野桔、通道野桔、莽山野桔的同工酶谱基本一致,并与栽培桔相似;莽山野柑的同工酶谱与3种野桔截然不同,而与古老栽培柑接近。由此推断3个野桔是桔类的同一野生种,莽山野柑是柑类的野生种。可见柑和桔分别具有种的地位,柑并非导源于橙桔杂种。同时,发现栽培宽皮柑桔各具不同酶谱,它们之间没有直接的延续关系。

Abstract:Peroxidase esterase and amylase of wild loose-skin oranges and several culti-vated loose-skin oranges were analyzed. It turns out that the zymograms of Daoxian wildtangerine, Tongdao wild tangerine and Mangshan wild tangerine were almost alike. The zy-mogram of Mangshan wild mandarin was completely different from that of the three wildtangerines, which provides an important basis for the status of species of mandarin and tan-gerine respectively and for the conclusion that man-darin is not native to any orange-tanger-ine hybrids. Therefore, it has come to the conclusion that the three wild tangreines are wildspecies of the tangerines, whereas Mangshan wild mandarin is one of wild species of the man-darins. There is no continuous direct relation among all the cultivated loose-skin oranges.
