微波萃取法提取紫果西番莲叶中黄酮类物质及其含量测定

摘    要:目的]研究微波萃取法提取紫果西番莲黄酮类物质的最佳工艺。方法]采用正交试验法,以黄酮得率为评价指标考察了溶剂浓度(A)、料液比(B)、总萃取时间(C)、微波功率(D)4个因素对萃取效果的影响。结果]溶剂浓度、微波功率对黄酮得率有显著影响,确定优选提取工艺条件为:乙醇体积分数60%,料液比1∶30,总萃取时间9min,微波功率为350W。在此条件下,黄酮得率达3.46%。结论]与传统溶剂萃取法相比,微波萃取法具有时间短,得率高等特点。
