农户接受杂交玉米新品种的影响因素探讨

通过对贵州山区杂交玉米推广状况的案例研究,探讨了农户接受玉米新品种的影响因素。结果表明,农户选择玉米新品种时除了考虑高产外,劳动力状况、市场因素、传统种植习惯、生计安排、风险意识、土地和居住环境等诸多社会经济文化因素对新品种的接受有很大影响。在新品种推广过程中,推广组织或个人应充分考虑农户的需求、当地社会文化因素和社会变迁,而不应只考虑品种的高产,这有助于科技成果转化率的提高。

Discussion on Factors of Influencing Farming Household's Acceptance for Hybrid Maize

Factors influencing farming household's acceptance of hybrid maize was analyzed after studying the hybrid maize production in Guizhou.The results showed that farming households considered many socio-economic and cultural factors,such as labour,marketing,local cultivation knowledge,livelihood strategy,risk,land,living surrounding besides high yield when they selected hybrid maize.The implications for extension agencies were that these agencies should consider factors as much as possible to make the agricultural extension more effective.
