食品法规与标准的教学研究与探索

摘    要:针对食品类大专业的特点和食品工业发展对人才的需求,遵循宽口径、厚基础、能力强、素质高及培养具有创新能力人才的原则基础,对食品类各专业所设的食品法规与标准课程进行教学内容的整合,教学方法和教学手段的改革等,对课程的教学进行研究与探索,经过几年的努力,取得了较好的教学效果。

Abstract:This paper was objective to integrate the teaching content and the reform the teaching method,of the course of Food Regulations and Standards,which was opened up in some majors of the food.This was aiming at satisfying the need of development of the food industry according to the characteristics of the food major and the basis of broad caliber,firmly base,strong skills,high quality and innovation.Through several years of study and exploration on the teaching,it got good teaching effect.
