以农业原料为碳源发酵产类胡萝卜素的研究

摘    要:以不同农业原料为碳源,研究了红酵母RM-1在不同碳源中的发酵情况,同时探索几种不同发酵助剂对粘性红原酵母产类胡萝卜素的影响。结果表明,最适碳源为浓缩菠萝废料提取物(CPWE),同时添加浓度为20mmol/L的柠檬酸、体积分数为0.7%的乙醇,以及质量浓度为1.5mg/L的核黄素、240mg/L的谷氨酰胺、20mg/L的酪氨酸和240mg/L的色氨酸,类胡萝卜素产量最高达到10.98mg/L。

Abstract:Using raw material as carbon sources for carotenoid production by Rhodotorula RM-1 were studied,and the effects of some additives on the cell dry weight,total carotenoid content and yield of Rhodotorula were investigated.The results showed that the optimal carbon source was concentrated pineapple waste extract(CPWE).When the citric acid of 20 mmol/L,ethanol of 0.7%,VB2 of 1.5 mg/L,glutamine of 240 mg/L,tyrosine of 20 mg/L and tryptophane of 240 mg/L were added to the medium,the yeast produced 10.98 mg/L car...
