| 摘 要： | 为了更好地提高食品药品监督管理专业毕业生的素质,使其适应企业生产管理的需要,必须以创新的意识不断对该专业建设进行研究和探索。在系统总结和充分借鉴江苏食品职业技术学院及其他院校专业建设经验的基础上,按照教育部相关文件精神和高职高专人才培养工作水平的评估要求,提出对食品药品监督管理专业建设的具体方案。
