摘    要:根据畜产食品加工行业的工作实际,按照基于工作过程的课程开发思路,从行动领域的确定、学习情境的设计、教学方法和教学评价的改革等方面入手,对高职畜产品加工课程进行了有效的改革与实践,提高了教学质量。
