高职高专营养学课程的教学改革与实践

摘    要:营养学是食品营养与检测专业学生的一门重要专业课程,它是一门理论与实践并重、知识与技能融通的学科。为了适应新时期营养学教学改革与发展的需要,培养学生的实践动手操作能力,更好地适应社会对公共营养师人才的实际需要,结合在营养行业的多年实践经验,对营养学课程进行了探索性改革,取得了较好的成果。
