| Abstract: | The characteristics of microwave heating technology on cold storage defrosting are reviewed,and discussed the feasibility of applying microwave heating technology to cold storage defrosting in terms of the characteristics of microwave heating,energy analysis.The preliminary design scheme about assistant defrosting for hot ammonia was proposed,and the future research direction for application of microwave defrosting is pointed out. |
