华北落叶松多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶的研究

摘    要:本文对华北落叶松多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性及其同工酶进行研究。结果表明:根的多酚氧化酶活性最高,二年生枝中最低;电泳法和分光光度法测得多酚氧化酶活性的相关系数为099;体内多酚氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性之间的相关系数为088;对苯二胺和邻苯二酚混合对多酚氧化酶活性染色效果较好;茎和根中分别有6,7条多酚氧化酶同工酶条带,10,11条过氧化物同工酶条带。

Abstract:This paper studies on the activities and isozymes of peroxidase and polyphenol oxidase from Larix principis-rupprechtii.Results show that the root has the highest activity of polyphenol oxidase and the lowest lies in the two year twig.The relation coefficient between the two methods of spectrometer and etectrophoresis to measure the polyphenol activity of different organes is 0 99.The relation coefficient between peroxidase and polyphenol us 0 88.Using phenylenediamine and pheylenediphenoe as the colouring agent is better for polyphenol oxidase.Stems and roots haue 6,7 poly phenol oxidase belts and 10,11 peroxidase belts respectively.
