山楂色素的分析

摘    要:本文研究了山楂色素的光谱学特性,Rf值、液相色谱性质。初步探明了山楂色素由两种色素组成,均为矢车菊色素,一种是矢车菊色素-3-半乳糖苷,一种是矢车菊色素的双糖或三糖苷类,两种色素的相对含量分别为804%和196%。

Abstract:he anthocyanin pigments of haw thorn were isolated and identified from their spectral,chromatographic and chemical properties.The major pigment was cyanidin-3-galactoside.Another one was a kind of cyanidin di or tri glycosides.The relative content of two kinds of pigments were 80 4% and 19 6%.
