硫化氢对Pd/c催化剂在环戊二烯加氢反应中性能的影响

本文用固定床反应器考察了Pd/C催化剂硫化前后,在环戊二烯加氢反应中的性能。结果表明环穴二烯的转化率从86.4％上升到98.2％,环戊烯的选择性从86.9％上升到98.8％,确定了最佳硫化条件。应用微型脉冲反应器研究了硫化过程和特性。

The Effect of H2S Upon pd/c catalyst's property In Hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene

This paper reports the hydrogenation of cyclopentadiene over Pd/G and H2S part-poisoned Pd/C catalysts was investigated by fixed-bed rector. The results, show that conversion of cyclopentadiene can be raised from 86.4% to 98.2% and the selectivity of cyclopentene from 86.8% to 98.8%. The best sulfurization conditions were determined. The micro-pulse-reactor were used to study the poisoning process and property.
