云烟2000型烤房试验初报

摘    要: 2年的试验表明,在立式炉热风室烤房基础上改建的云烟2000型烤房,能有效降低烤房上下层温湿差,变黄期上下层温差在2 ℃以下,定色干叶期最大不超过4 ℃,可使全炉烟叶变黄干燥趋于一致,同时也克服了排湿不畅的问题,使烟叶整体质量提高,能耗降低。和立式炉热风室烤房比较,一般上等烟提高2.95个百分点以上,均价提高0.59元/kg,内在品质也大为改善。同时缩短烘烤时间8~12 h.

Abstract:Two-year test results showed that Yunyan 2000 type flue-curing barn which was constructed based on the vertical hot wind curing barn can effectively reduce the temperature and moisture differences between the layers of the barn. The temperature difference between the upper layer and the lower layer is below 2 ℃ during yellowing stage and less than 4 ℃ during the leaf dry stage. That leads to more uniform in yellowing and drying in the whole barn, overcomes the difficulty of moisture evacuation,improves the overall leaf quality, and reduces the consumption of the fuel. Compared with the vertical hot wind curing barn,tobacco leaves cured by Yunyan 2000 are 2.95 percentage points higher in grade A cured leaves,0.59 Yuan/kg higer in the average price, 8~12 hours shorter in curing time and better quality as well.
