摘    要:目的]研究酸性土壤条件下复合微生物肥对西瓜产量和品质的影响。方法]在西瓜大田试验中设4个施肥处理:不施肥(对照)、饼肥、活性复合微生物肥和化肥,测西瓜单果重、糖度、维生素C含量和可溶性蛋白含量,研究复合微生物肥对西瓜产量和品质的影响。结果]施复合微生物肥可明显提高西瓜的产量和品质,产量比对照高61.3%,比施用化肥和饼肥分别高25.5%和27.7%。西瓜糖度、维生素C含量和可溶性蛋白含量均随复合微生物肥用量的增加而提高,当复合微生物肥用量为1 500 kg/hm2时效果最好。结论]在酸性土壤条件下,西瓜田基施复合微生物肥1500 kg/hm2可明显提高西瓜的产量和品质。

Abstract:Objective] The study aimed to research the effects of compound microorganism fertilizer on yield and quality of watermelon under the acid soil condition.Method] In the field test of watermelon,4 fertilizer treatments of no fertilizer(CK),cake fertilizer,active compound microorganism fertilizer and chemical fertilizer were set up,and the single fruit weight,sugar degree,Vc content and soluble protein content of watermelon were detected to study the effects of compound microorganism fertilizer on yield and quality of watermelon.Result] The yield and quality of watermelon could be increased obviously with the application of compound microorganism fertilizer,and the yield was 61.3% higher than that of CK,was 25.5% and 27.7% higher than that of chemical fertilizer application and cake fertilizer application resp.The sugar degree,Vc content and soluble protein content of watermelon were increased with the increment of application amount of compound microorganism fertilizer,and the effects of compound microorganism fertilizer was the best when its application amount was 1 500 kg/hm2.Conclusion] The yield and quality of watermelon could be increased obviously with basal application of compound microorganism fertilizer at 1 500 kg/hm2 in watermelon field under acid soil condition.
