番木瓜果实总RNA提取方法比较

摘    要:通过吸光比值分析和非变性胶电泳,对番木瓜果实RNA不同提取方法进行了比较研究,结果表明,Trizol试剂法提取番木瓜果实RNA的OD260/OD230值在1.63~1.97、OD260/OD280值在1.79~2.00之间,具有方便快捷、完整性好、受多糖多酚影响较少以及无DNA和蛋白质污染等优点,对类似番木瓜果实成分的其他作物的RNA提取具有一定的借鉴意义.

Abstract:This article determined and Comparison of total RNA content of papaya by Trizol and different traditional methods,analyse by absorbency and gel electrophoresis.Results indicate that the value of RNA OD260/OD230were between 1.63 to 1.97 and the values of OD260/OD280 were between 1.79 to 2.00.The ectrophoresis bands were char on agarose gel and integrity of RNA was good.RNA with high quality and high quanity can be extracted with this method for obtaining similarity papaya plants with high concentrations of phenolics.
