银行业经营效益问题研究

银行业作为国民经济的核心产业与真实产业是相互依存，相互制约，协调发展的关系。真实产业是银行业发展的基础，其经济效益决定银行业的经营效益；银行业制约着真实产业的发展，银行业的经营效益对真实产业的发展有巨大的影响作用。银行业的经营效益不仅受真实产业的影响，还受到产权制度，管理水平等诸多因素的影响，是各种因素综合作用的结果。本文运用统计分析和比较分析的方法，实证研究了我国银行业经营效益存在的问题、影响及原因，并提出了相应的对策。

STUDY ON BANKING BUSINESS BENEFITS

The relationship betwenn banking, a kemal industry in our national economy, and the real industry lies in their interdependence and interconditioning. The real industry serves as the basis for the development of banking and its economic benefits decide the operating benefits of banking. In turn, banking conditions the development of real industry and its operating benefits influence, to a great extent, the development rate and scale of real industry. In addition, the operating benefits of banking are influenced by many other factors as well, such property system and management level. Using the methods of comparative analysis and statistical analysis, this paper studies the problems about the poor performance in the respect of banking profits in China and the canses for them. In order to improve the banking operating benefits, the following policies and measures are recommended 1. Develop economy and enhance the profit rate of real industry; 2.Step up reform to improve the property system of banking; 3.Introduce scientific management methods to strengthen the management of banks; and 4. Harness the finance order to improve the banking business environment.
