| 摘 要： | 通过研究近年来黄河流域水资源变化规律,预测流域社会经济发展状况,分析黄河流域紧张的水资源供需形式。在流域水资源与经济协调发展基础理论的指导下,建立了黄河流域水资源利用的多目标规划模型,通过对多目标规划的水资源配置规则研究,探讨了流域水资源优化配置的新方法。在考察了21世纪各水平年黄河流域水资源承载程度的基础上,通过寻求提高流域水资源承载水平的调控手段,系统地研究黄河流域水资源可持续利用模式,为分阶段提出黄河水资源利用对策提供依据。

| Abstract: | On the study of rule about Yellow river water resources evolvement and the forecastingabout society-economy development,the research analyses the intensity position of water resource demand and supply in Yellow river.In the direction of the theoryabout water resource-economy harmonize development,sets up multi-object model of Yellow river water resources utilization,discusses new method on the water-resources allcation.Based on reviewing bearing capacity of Yellow river water resources in the 21 Century,measures to enhance the bearing level of Yellow river water resources are put forward. |
