酯酶同工酶与杂交水稻杂种优势的相关性

摘    要:1983~1985连续3年研究了杂交水稻54份材料的酯酶同工酶的酶谱。实验看到F_1的酯酶同工酶的谱带类型表现有多型性:完全互补型、偏父型、偏母型、增带型、减带型,此外还有一些无规律型。酶谱类型中以偏母型居多,且此种类型谱带有相对稳定性。偏母型杂交水稻性状多似母本,如果母本性状优良,则F_1有高产优势的趋势。增带型、减带型酶谱很不稳定,因此不能把谱带数的增加(或城少)直接当作强或弱组合的预测指标。

Abstract:Esterase isozyme's zymogram pattern has many types of phenomena in leaves of hybrid rice, some complex and indistinct types were found in the present experiment in addition to those already reported. For example, those that more closely resembled the paternal type and the maternal type, the ascending bands, and the descending bands.Plants that more closely resembled maternal types were the most common. 1ts zymogram patterns were steadier than others. Also it had most of the properties of the maternal plant. If the maternal plant has a fine character, its F_1 would give high yields.Zymogram types of ascending bands and descending bands of esterase isozyme were not constant. They should not be taken as a forecast standard for the stronger(or weaker) composite.
