| Abstract: | Abnormal plantlet is a common type of abnormal phenomenon occurred frequently in plant tissue culture. Because it is difficult to develop into normal plantlet, it restricts application of plant tissue culture. Many factors possibly cause the abnormality. The morphologic characteristics, the reasons to the phenomena and the methods for preventing and controlling the abnormalities are summarized in this paper. |
