| 摘 要： | 报道了陆地棉单体和端体的细胞学鉴定时的染色体构型表现及其鉴定技术方法，并就陆地棉花粉母细胞减数分裂研究的取样、染色体制片和两种细胞学材料的传递等进行了讨论。
