榉木种子形态结构及吸水萌发研究

摘    要:对榉木的种子形态特征、吸水特性以及萌发特性等进行了较为系统的研究,以期找到最适合种子萌发的环境条件,为其种子的储藏和播种育苗提供理论依据。实验结果表明:赤霉素在提高榉木种子萌发率方面作有一定的效果,25℃以下时,种子的发芽率随着温度的下降而逐渐下降,而30℃时的发芽率与25℃基本保持一致,光照条件下的发芽率略高于黑暗中的发芽率。研究结果可为榉木在贵州喀斯特地区进行大面积推广栽培与进一步研究提供科学依据和模式。

Abstract:Systematic study on seed morphology,water absorption and germination of Zelkova schneideriana was carried out to find the most suitable environment conditions for seed germination,provide a theoretical basis on seed storage and planting seedlings.The results showed that GA has some effect on improving seed germination rate of Zelkova schneideriana Below 25℃,the germination rate decreased as the temperature gradually decreased.The germination rate at 30℃ and 25℃ stay the same.In light conditions,the germination rate slightly higher than that in the dark.The results may provide scientific basis and model for large scale cultivation and further study of Zelkova schneideriana in Guizhou Karst region.
