枯萎病菌诱导的结构抗性和相关酶活性的变化与西瓜枯萎病抗性的关系

摘    要:分析了枯萎病病原菌侵染西瓜后幼苗叶片和根茎部组织中木质素与富含羟脯氨酸糖蛋白(HRGP)含量及其形成的相关酶一过氧化物酶(POD)和苯丙氨酸解氨酶(PAL)的活性变化。结果表明:木质素与HRGP含量、POD与PAL活性,随病菌的侵染在抗感品种体内均有不同程度地提高,但抗病品种的增加幅度明显高于感病品种。说明上述反应在西瓜枯萎病抗性中起重要作用。

Abstract:The changes in the contents of lignin and HRGP and activities of peroxidase(POD) and phenylalanine ammonia-lysae(PAL) were analyzed in leaves and stems/roots of watermelon seedings ther inoculation with Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum spore. The infection of watermelon Fusariam wilt disease resulted in increase level of lignin and HRGP and in activihes of an and PAL in the resistant and susceptible varieties. The increase of the disease resistant substances and activities of the enzymes was significantly gnater in resistant variety he that in susceptible ones. These reactions may play an imper'tant role in the mechanism of watermelon wilt disease resistance.
