东北春大豆品种主要农艺性状的相关遗传力分析

摘    要:本文报道了应用相关遗传力分析方法研究东北春大豆优良品种群体主要性状的相关遗传变异问题。估算了8个性状间的相关遗传力,并进行通径分析。结果表明,主茎节数、单株荚数、百粒重、生育期4个性状与单株粒重具有较高的相关遗传力,分别为0.4050、0.3788、0.4365、0.3915,其相应的遗传相关系数也都具有显著或极显著的遗传正相关,与相关遗传力的变化趋势基本一致,依据上述4个性状对单株粒重进行相关选择可靠性较大。通径分析表明,百粒重、主茎节数、单株粒数3个性状对单株粒重的直接效应最大,株高、单株荚数、一荚粒数居中,生育期最小。相关与通径分析均表明,百粒重、主茎节数两性状对单株产量的影响力相当大,是间接选择的重要目标性状。文中初步探讨了应用相关遗传力分析法的可行性。

Abstract:Research on the problems of correlative genetic variation of maincharacters in good northeast spring soybean variety by using correlative heritability analysis is reported in this paper. Correlative heritability among the eight characters was estimated and the path analysis was made. The results show that the correlative heritability between the nember of nodes on main stem, nember of pods per plant, 100-seed weight, growing period and the weight of seeds per plant is relatively high, which are 0.4050, 0.3788, 0.4365 and 0.3915 respectively. Their corresponding genotypic correlation coefficients are remarkably positive or most remarkably positive, similar to the variation trend of the correlative heritability. Based on the four characters mentioned above, the correlative selection of weight of seeds per plant is highly reliable. Path analysis shows the direct effect of 100-seed weight, nember of nodes on main stem and nember of seeds per plant on seed weight per plant is higher, and that of plant height, nember of pods per plant and nember of seeds per pod is intermediate, and that of the growing period is the lowest. Both correlative and path analysis show that 100-seed weight and nember of nodes on main stem have great effect on the weiht of seeds per plant. They are important objective characters for indirect selection. Preliminary study has been made on the feasibility of using correlative heritability analysis.
