| 摘 要： | 全面建设小康社会,重点在“三农”,难点也在“三农”。“三个代表”重要思想的确立,既为解决“三农”问题提出了紧迫的要求,又为破解“三农”问题提供了强大武器。我们必须以“三个代表”重要思想为指导,从实际出发,以创新的精神,用新的思路探讨“三农”问题。
