采用塑料台基取代蜂蜡台基育王的研究

摘    要:从王台接受率、育出王的初生重和卵小管数三个方面对采用塑料台基取代蜂蜡台基育王的可行性进行了探讨.试验结果显示:(1)塑料台基的王台接受率(79.55%)比蜂蜡台基的(93.52%)低,差异极显著(P<0.01);(2)塑料台基育出王的初生重(X=223.23mg)与蜂蜡的(X=221.27mg)差异不显著(P>0.05);(3)塑料台基育出王的卵小管数(X=268.8205条)与蜂蜡的(X=269.3333)差异不显著(P>0.05).据此,我们认为塑料台基可取代蜂蜡台基培育蜂王.

Abstract:The paper deals with the feasibility of replacing wax cup with piastic cup for queen breeding with regards to the percentage of the accepted queen cell, the weights of newborn queens and the numbers of queen's ovarian tube. The experimental results showed(1)the accepted percentage with plaxtic cup(79.55% ) was lower than that with wax cup(93.52%) and the differences between them were significant (P<0.01).(2)The differences between the weights of newborn queen from (X=223.23 mg)and from wax cup (X=231 .27 mg) were not significant (P>0.05).(3) The differcnces between the numbers of quccn's ovarian tube from plastic cup (X=268.8205) and from wax cup (X=269.333 strips) also were not significant (P>0.05). From the results, we suggested that the wax cup could be repiaced by the plastic cup for the queen breeding.
