摘    要:在多元价值体系逐渐渗透、交织的现状下,在高校开展课程思政教育是提升食品专业学生道德素质的有效途径之一。基于食品专业学生的教学特点,初步探究了"食品营养与卫生学"课程思政教学的策略及方法。

Abstract:Under the current situation of the gradual infiltration and interweaving of multi-value system,carrying out ideological and political education in colleges and universities is one of the effective ways to improve the moral quality of students majoring in food.Based on the teaching characteristics of the students majoring in food,this paper preliminarily explored the teaching strategies and methods of ideological and political education in Food Nutrition and Hygiene.
