食品专业生产实习教学模式的研究

摘    要:生产实习是食品专业一个重要的实践教学环节,阐述了食品专业生产实习教学的重要性与意义,分析当前食品专业生产实习教学现状及当前生产实习中存在的一些问题,并提出了几点对食品专业生产实习的改革与实践意见,以期为食品专业生产实践教学提供参考。

Abstract:Production practice is an important practical teaching link of food specialty.This paper expounded the importance and significance of food specialty production practice teaching,analyzed the present situation of food specialty production practice teaching and some problems in current production practice teaching.Some suggestions on the reform and practice of food specialty production practice were put forward in order to provide reference for the practice teaching of food specialty production.
