| 摘 要： | 宁夏彭阳县十年九旱、年年抗旱。根据2009年水利水保与农业及气象3部门调查测算的旱情指标及气象站统计资料预测,综合分析当前旱象,查找存在的问题,制定切实可行的应对措施,力求增产增收,确保民生。
