| 摘 要： | 本文通过陕西林业人力资源与结构分析,找出了林业职业教育存在的主要问题,针对存在的问题,提出了林农培训要与林业推广相结合;深化教学改革,促进林业职业教育与林业经济发展的紧密结合;优化林业专业课程内容,注重学员能力培养.适应新时期市场经济发展的需要等对策.

| Abstract: | Through analysis of human resources of forestry of Shaanxi,problems with forestry vocational education were pointed out.Training of farmers should be combined with technical extension,with forestry vocational education joined with context of forestry economic development.Forestry curriculum should be optimized to meet the demands of market economy. |
