果梅品种的花粉形态

摘    要:采用扫描电镜及光学显微镜观察了来自云南、浙江、福建以及从日本引进的计9个果梅栽培品种的花粉形态.结果表明,果梅花粉为扁球形至圆球形,具3孔沟,内孔为长方形或近正方形,表面纹饰为条纹状.品种间在花粉粒大小、形状、萌发孔特点以及纹饰特征上均表现出差异,特别是纹饰特征的差异尤为突出,可作为果梅品种鉴别的依据.同时,果梅品种花粉形态变异丰富多样,表明果梅品种资源遗传基础的多样性与复杂性

Abstract:The observations of 9 edible Japanese apricot varieties from Yunnan, Zhejiang and Fujian provinces and Japan were carried out by the optical and scanning electron microscopes in the experiment. The results showed that the normal pollens varied from oblate to spheroidal in shape, with stripe ornamentations of exines, and the number of apertures were 3, which belonged to the colp orate type. The pollen characteristics of these varieties differred in the sizes, shapes, apertures, especially in the exine ornamentations, so they could provide scientific bases for variety and identification of edible Japanese apricot. Moreover, the rich and varied morphological variations of pollen grains suggested that there should be some genetic diversity and complication in the variety resources of edible Japanese apricot.
