| Abstract: | Based on investigation in Germany,Australia,New Zealand,Finland,Canada and United States,and study on a lot of references,the administrative system,productive system and guarantee system of tree seed and seedlings in forest-developed countries were summarized.In combination to Chinese practice,suggestions for sustainable development of tree seed and seedlings were put forward. |
