基于OBE理念的管理学类课程内容和教学方法研究

由于OBE理念正在不断改进管理学类课程的教学内容、方法等,有效的教学内容应该与培养计划和目标、教学目标和内容融为一体,将立德树人作为高等教育的根本任务,使得教学产出符合用人单位和社会的需求。基于OBE的教学目标应侧重于学生素养、知识运用等能力,而教学内容应标准化、实践化,注重德才兼备。为此,提出了有效的课程教学方法应该使得教学产出符合用人单位和社会的需求、注重学生导向教学方法的使用、引入新技术作为线下教学的补充;在实践教学方面,应丰富实践教学内容、提升教师实践能力、采用先进的线上实践教学方法。

Research on Management Course Content and Teaching Methods Based on OBE Concept

The OBE concept is constantly improving the teaching content,methods,and effectiveness of management courses.Effective teaching content should be integrated with training plans and objectives,teaching objectives and content.Taking moral education as the basic task of higher education,the teaching output can meet the needs of employers and society.The teaching objectives based on OBE should focus on students'qualities,knowledge application and other abilities,while the teaching content should be standardized and practical,and pay attention to both morality and ability.Effective teaching methods should make sure that the teaching output can meet the needs of employers and society,pay attention to the use of student-oriented teaching methods,and introduce new technologies as a supplement to offline teaching.In practice teaching,the content of practice teaching should be enriched;teachers'practical ability should be improved,and advanced online practical teaching methods should be used.
