| 摘 要： | 风险投资起源于20世纪初的美国,因为其迅速的发展,成为了美国高科技产业发展的有力支撑.日本的风险投资业是模仿美国的模式发展建立起来的,虽然在起步的时间和规模上远远落后于美国,但是作为亚洲发展风险投资较早的国家之一,其在亚洲一直居于领先的地位.随着日本风险投资业的发展,形成了其独有的模式,和美国在很多方面有很大的差异.

| Abstract: | The venture capital originates from the beginning of the 20th century in US. Because of its rapid development, it has become the powerful support to the development of American high-tech industry. While Japanese venture capital had learnt alot from the US, although it falls far behind in the start time and the scale, Japan, as the earliest country developed venture capital in Asia, has a different venture capital in comparing with that of the US. |
