超声波协助提取芦荟多糖的研究

摘    要:利用超声波提取法协助提取芦荟多糖,在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验法分别确定了常规提取和超声提取法的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:超声提取法有明显的优势,在各自的最佳工艺条件下比较其得率,超声波法得率是常规法的1.37倍,且所用沉淀剂乙醇较少,提取时间大大缩短(由4 h缩短至40 min),只需浸提1次,可提高效率,简化提取工艺,节约成本。

Abstract:Ultrasonic wave was applied during the extraction of aloe polysaccharide.The optimal process conditions for traditional extraction and ultrasonic extraction were obtained by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results showed that ultrasonic extraction had prime advantages over traditional extraction.The yield of ultrasonic extraction under the optimal process conditions was 1.37 times higher than that of traditional extraction.Furthermore,compared with traditional extraction,ultrasonic extraction not only had higher yield but also had such advantages as shorter duration,less extraction solvent and fewer cost.
