| 摘 要： | 长江源头天然林禁伐后,国有林场经营性质正在发生深刻的变化。从玛可河林业局的现状出发,一方面,强调了玛可河林区在长江源头生态环境建设中的重要地位和作用;另一方面,分析了天然林禁伐后面临的各种矛盾和困难,并提出了相应的对策。

| Abstract: | After the enforcement of logging-ban in the natural forest along the headwater areas of the Yangtse River, management of state-owned forest farms is undergoing a profound change This paper highlights the important position and role of Makehe forest area in the ecological and environmental improvement of the headwater area of the Yangtse River while analyzing the current situation of Makehe Forest Bureau It also discusses the problems and difficulties arising after adopting of logging-ban policies and recommends countermeasures to address them |
