摘    要:本文在高磷条件下对VA菌根真菌对桃实生苗(Prunus persica Sieb.et Zucc.)的生长和矿质营养元素吸收的影响进行了研究。土壤灭菌后接种VA菌根真菌增加桃实生苗的叶面积、叶片干重,促进Zn、B等元素的吸收;土壤不灭菌接种VA菌根真菌效果不很显著。实验认为高磷条件下,接种Glomus epigaeum对于桃实生苗体内各元素的吸收和协调有一定积极意义。

Abstract:The effect of VAM on the growth and nutrition of peach seedlings in thehigh-phosphorous soil was studied. Inoculation with VAM fungi in the sterilized soil in-creased the seedling growth (eg. leaf area, leaf dry weight) and absorption of some miner-als (eg. Zn, B). But VAM fungi had no significant effect on seedlings in the unsterilizedsoil. Inoculation with Glomus epigaeum enhanced the coordination of minerals in peachseedlings.
