摘    要:以11个圭亚那柱花草种质为试材,热研2号柱花草为对照,用电解质渗透法作为指标,比较其抗寒性.结果表明,圭亚那柱花草半致死温度(LT_(50))范围在-0.17~-2.33℃之间,圭亚那柱花草种内抗寒性差异较小.CIAT11362、USF873004、GC1528、Mineirao和GC1576的半致死温度(LT_(50))低于热研2号柱花草.其它种质的LT_(50)高于热研2号柱花草.

Abstract:Cold tolerance of 11 accessions of germplasm of Stylosanthes guianensis Swartz. with Stylo 'Reyan 2'(S. guianensis 'Reyan 2') as control were detected in terms of electrolyte leakage rate. The results showed that the LT_(50) of S. guianensis Swartz ranged from - 0.17℃ to - 2.33℃, which indicated a very little difference in interspecific cold tolerance, that the LT_(50) of CIAT11362, USF873004, GC1528, Mineiraos and GC1576 were lower than 'Reyan 2' and that the LT_(50) of all the other accessions were higher than 'Reyan 2'.
