| 摘 要： | 文章以广西农业科学院为例,概述了其"一体两翼三支撑"新型农业科技成果转化体系的构建,分析了当前成果转化体系存在的不足,提出了优化科技创新服务布局、深化农业科技体制改革、组建产业技术创新战略联盟信息共享平台等发展对策,以期为引导农业科研院所更好地构筑科技成果转化体系,提升其科技创新服务能力提供理论依据。

Discussions on Construction of Innovation Service Ability of Agricultural Scientific Research Institutes in Guangxi,a case study of Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences |

| Abstract: | Taking Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as a case, the newly-built "one-body, two-wing, three-support" transformation system of agricultural scientific achievement was introduced in the paper. The existing problems in the system were discussed, and the development strategies were proposed, such as optimizing the distribution of science and technology innovative service, deepening the reform of agricultural science and technology system, constructing information share platform of strategic industrial technologic innovation union. These will guide agricultural scientific academies to build better transformation systems and improve scientific innovation services. |
