触摸屏在自动移栽机检测系统中的应用设计

摘    要:现有的自动移栽机未设置对工作状态信息进行检测和显示的装置。设计一个由触摸屏和PLC组成的自动移栽机检测系统,将触摸屏作为人机交互界面,利用触摸屏反应速度快、易于交流等特点,使上位机和下位机进行通信连接。传感器采集移栽机的工作状态信息,通过触摸屏实现移栽机动作信息显示、数据信息显示和报警信息显示的功能。测试表明,触摸屏可显示移栽机的实时工作状态信息,当出现异常时能及时通知报警,并在触摸屏上显示故障点,方便工作人员查找故障。

Application Design of Touch Screen in Auto Transplanter's Detection System
Abstract:It has not been set the device which can detect and display the working information in the existing transplaner. The detecting system of auto transplanter was designed which was composed of touch screen and PLC, taking touch screen as Human-computer Inter-action interface. It took the advantage of the characteristics of fast reaction speed and easy to communicate, realized communication connection between upper computer and lower computer. Sensors collected the transplanter's working information to realize the function of action information show, data information show and alarm information show by touch screen. Test results show that touch screen could display working information of transplanter in real time, and could timely alarm operators when the fault occurs, and display the fault location on touch screen for the convenience of operators finding the fault location.
