浅析农业科研单位学科建设

文章阐述了学科建设在农业科研单位创新发展中的重要作用,根据学科建设的现状,在分析学科建设存在缺乏有效的运行管理机制、资金投入力度不大、高层次领军人才相对较少、科研平台建设不足、学科发展不平衡等问题的基础上,提出了完善学科建设的运行管理机制、加大投资力度、引进和培养学科带头人、协同科研平台建设、传承传统学科等思路与建议,为农业科研单位各项工作的开展提供更好的发展依据。

A Preliminary Analysis on Discipline Construction in Agricultural Research Institutes

It was discussed that discipline construction played an important role in innovative development of agricultural research institutes. According to the status quo, problems such as shortage of effective management mechanism, shortage of fund, shortage of higher-grade talented leaders, insufficient construction of scientific research platforms, uneven development between disciplines were analyzed. Then, appropriate measures were put forward, i.e., improving operating and management mechanism, increasing investment, introducing and breeding leading personnel, harmonizing construction of scientific research platform, inheriting traditional disciplines, which could offer better development foundation for task promotion in the agricultural research institutes.
