油豆角热泵干燥工艺参数的单因素试验研究

摘    要:文章研究用热泵干燥机干燥油豆角的干燥特性,并为其在热泵干燥时选择最适宜的工艺参数。试验选用30、32、35℃3种不同干燥温度对油豆角进行脱水,确定出适宜的干燥温度为32℃;在干燥温度为32℃条件下,又对3种宽度分别为5、8、11mm的油豆角进行干燥试验,使其水分降到安全水以下,并进行复水性比较试验。结果表明,油豆角在32℃下,宽度8mm时,干燥性能最好;复水工艺参数为复水适宜温度60℃,复水时间80min。

Abstract:Based on the heat pump drier, drying characteristics of beans were studied, and the most suitable parameters were chosen. The beans were dehydrated at 30, 32 and 35 ℃ and it showed that 32 ℃ was the suitable drying temperature. At 32 ℃, three kinds of beans with 5, 8 and 11 mm widths respectively were dried to make the moisture content reach the security level, and were rehydrated as comparative experiments. The results indicated that the best drying characteristics of bean were 32 ℃ and width of 8 mm. The prefer rehydration parameters were 60 ℃ and 80 min.
