| 摘 要： | 利用自然病便，采取分组（血尿组、低磷组、对照组）对比的方法，对低磷奶牛红细胞超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）１、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶（ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ）活性和丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量进行了测定。结果表明，低磷组及血尿组奶牛红细胞平均ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－ＰＸ活性明显低于对照组，而ＭＤＡ含量显著高于对照组及血尿组奶牛红直线相关分析表明，血清磷含量与ＳＯＤ、ＧＳＨ－Ｐｘ活性呈极显著正相关（相关系数及回归方程分别为ｒ＝０．９４ |

| Abstract: | The anti oxidant function of erythrocytes in hypophosphatemic cows was studied.The cows were divided into three groups,including haemoglobinuria group(HNG),low phosphorus group(LPG)and healthy group(HG).The results showed that the anti oxidant function of erythrocytes in hypophosphatemic cows decreased significantly.Every index reflecting the anti oxidant functions of erythrocytes had significant differences among the three groups.There were a significant positive correlation between serum phosphorus and erythrocytic SOD activity and GSH Px activity,and a negative correlation between serum phosphorus and erythrocytic MDA content. |
