| 摘 要： | 随着近海勘探技术的进步,我国海底文化遗产保护面临着沉重的压力.目前我国<文物保护法>在海底文化遗产保护问题上存在着诸多问题.本文对相关立法的缺陷进行了剖析,并提出了可能的改进方向.

| Abstract: | With the development of underwater probing technology,the used-to-be safe underwater culture heritage is under the threaten of stealing and robbery.The drawbacks of the law for the protection of underwater culture heritage are worth noting.The article discusses these short-comings of the existent law and offers some suggestions for adjustments. |
