摘    要:目的]研究氮含量对亚心形扁藻生长及生化组分的影响.方法]从无氮到富氮考察了5种不同NaNO3浓度对扁藻生长及细胞内生化组分的影响.结果]在流加培养方式下,适合扁藻生长和细胞内蛋白质积累的NaNO3含量为100 mg/L.在无氮和含50 mg/LNaNO3的培养液中,扁藻细胞内的可溶性总糖、总脂和淀粉分别在培养后期、培养前期和培养中期达到较高值,这可能与扁藻的代谢途径有关.结论]从扁藻作为生物能源资源的角度考虑并兼顾扁藻生物量,应选择含50 mg/L NaNO3的培养液培养扁藻.

Influence of Nitrogen Content on the Growth and Biochemical Composition of Platymonas subcordiformis

Abstract: Objective] The research aimed to study influence of nitrogen content on the growth and biochemical composition of P. subcordifor- m/s. Method ] The effects of 5 kinds of NaNO3 concentrations from nitrogen free to nitrogen rich on the growth and biochemical composition of P. subcordiformis were investigated. ResuhJ 100 mg/L of NaNO3 was suitable for the growth of P. subcordiform# and synthesizing protein in it, while nitrogen free and 50 mg/L of NaNO3 were suitable for generating soluble sugars in later period, total fats in early period and starch in medium period of culture, respectively, because the different contents of nitrogen may cause the different paths of metabolism. Conclusion ] From the points of bioenergy resource and biomass supply, 50 mg/L of NaNO3 was chosen to culture P. subcordiformis.
