摘 要: | 以四川某白酒厂生活污水及生产废水为对象,采用分质处理的工程措施,对生活污水(规模:400 m3/d)采用格栅调节池+多功能污水处理装置+ DE滤池的处理工艺,对生产废水(规模:2 000 m3/d)采用格栅提升泵房+调节池(酸碱中和)+溶气气浮+上流式厌氧污泥床反应器+厌氧内循环反应器+A/A/O+ MBR膜处理器+(预留化学除磷)+纳滤膜处理器的组合工艺进行处理.同时,对主要臭气产生构筑物采取加盖除臭(生物滤床除臭)的方式对臭气进行处理.处理后的生活污水达到《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB18918-2002)中一级A标准,生产废水达到《发酵酒精和白酒工业水污染物排放标准》(GB27631-2011),以极大地削减污染物排放量,促进企业的可持续发展.

Abstract: | The engineering measures were used by separating treatment to the domestic sewage and production wastewater from a liquor factory in Sichuan. On the one hand, the domestic sewage( scale :400 m3/d) was disposed by the combined process of water regulating tank, multifunc- tional sewage treatment device and DE filter. On the other hand, the production wastewater (scale: 2 000 m3/d) was disposed by the combined process of the pumping station, the water regulating tank (acid-base neutralization), the dissolved air flotation, the upflow anaerobic sludge blan- ket reactor, the internal circulation anaerobic reactor, anaerobic-anoxic-oxic (A/A/O), MBR membrane biological processor, the chemical phos- phorus removal and nanofiltration membrane processor. Moreover, the odor from production building structures was treated by the biofilter deodo- rization. After those measures, the domestic sewage accorded with Discharge Standard of Pollutants for Municipal Sastewater Treatment Plant (GB18918-2002), and the production wastewater accorded with Discharge Standard of Water Pollutants for Fermentation Alcohol ahd Distilled Spirits Industry( GB27631-2011 ), which could reduce pollutant emissions and promote the company's sustainable development. |
