摘    要:对棕壤长期轮作施肥试验中玉米、大豆籽实的氨基酸及必需氨基酸含量分析结果表明,施用猪厩肥和化学氮肥,均有改善蛋白质质量,提高玉米、大豆籽实氨基酸总量及必需氨基酸含量的作用。猪厩肥施用量与玉米及大豆籽实中必需氨基酸含量呈现2次多项式回归关系;在本试验条件下,玉米籽实氨基酸与必需氨基酸含量随化学氮肥用量的增加而提高,呈现线性回归关系,大豆则为抛物线型多项式回归关系。在施用猪厩肥或氮磷化肥基础上配合施用钾肥,增加玉米籽实氨基酸和必需氨基酸效果显著,对大豆亦有增加趋势。施用猪厩肥、氮肥和在此基础上配施钾肥均可提高必需氨基酸与氨基酸含量的比值,表明增加必需氨基酸的作用更为显著

Abstract:The results form long-term locating fertilization in brown earth under the rotation of corn and soybean showed that total contents of amino acids and essential amino acids in grains could be improved after applying pig manure and N fertilizer.A relationship of quadratic polynomical regression was uncovered between the adding quantity of pig manure and essential amino acids in grains of corn and soybean.With regard to the dressing quantity of N fertilizer,it showed a polynomial regression equation with soybean grain in the same case.Application of pig manure of NP fertilizer with K fertilizer could obviously increase content of amino acids in corn grain,and a trend in soybean grain.Also the results showed that the application of pig manure,N fertilizer adding K fertilizer could increase the ratio of essential amino acids to general amino acids.
